1. PERSONAL DATA.
The information requested on the website and in the service contracts entered into by subscribers and any document related to the contracting and provision of services (together, the “Contracts”) is as follows:

This Personal Data is collected in accordance with the provisions of the Insurance Contract Law, the General Provisions referred to in Article 140 of the General Law of Mutual Insurance and Insurance Institutions, now Article 492 of the Insurance and Bonding Law, and other applicable legal provisions governing the operation of insurance companies in Mexico, as well as the clauses established in the contracts entered into with the parties.
2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING.
Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
• Generation of quotations and project proposals.
• Management of service contracting.
• Investigation regarding complaints or claims.
• Changes in contract or database for customer service.
• Conducting market research, satisfaction surveys, or any other promotional or satisfaction activities by BAS® CARGO S.A. de C.V.
3. DATA TRANSFER.
To fulfill its corporate purpose, BAS® may share personal information with its business partners and companies within the corporate group to which BAS® belongs, in order to comply with the legal relationship between the user and BAS®. BAS® will not transfer personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the user, except when legally required. BAS® commits to respecting this privacy notice at all times, as do our business partners. BAS® will process your personal data for the period established by the LFPDPPP and applicable legal provisions. Once this period has elapsed, data will be blocked and deleted in accordance with these regulations. Furthermore, we guarantee that all third-party service contracts involving the handling of your personal information on behalf of BAS® will include clauses ensuring the level of personal data protection provided by the LFPDPPP.

4. EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS.
In accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP, you, or your duly accredited legal representative, may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by contacting the Privacy Officer. Your rights are as follows:
⦁ Access: This involves being able to know at all times your personal data held by BAS®, as well as understanding the corresponding Privacy Notice.
⦁ Rectification: If any of your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request its modification by providing supporting documentation for such correction.
⦁ Cancellation: You may request the cancellation of your data when appropriate; if granted, your personal information will enter a blocking period before being permanently deleted. Once in this period, your information cannot be processed by BAS®.
⦁ Opposition: You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time for legitimate reasons. If your request is granted, BAS® will no longer be able to process your data.
5. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE.
Any modifications to this privacy notice will be notified to you through the Site. You may object to the new terms before the modification of the processing or obtaining of your information by submitting the corresponding request to the Privacy Officer.
6. SITE SECURITY.
Once the data is received, we will do everything possible to safeguard the information on our server. The parties agree to maintain as strictly confidential and elevated to the category of trade and industrial secret all information exchanged in connection with the provision of services. They agree and acknowledge the prohibition of providing any type of information, disclosure, exploitation, or transmission, whether commercial, strategic, accounting, market-related, fiscal, legal, economic, or of any kind to third parties, related to the contracting of service provision. The receiving party of the information considered confidential will be responsible for taking all necessary measures to ensure that any employee, agent, representative, or third party who directly or indirectly has access to the confidential information maintains its secrecy and does not copy, duplicate, or reproduce it, nor disclose in any way the ideas, documents, and/or materials provided or accessed.
8. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
The parties expressly agree and accept that their relationship arising from the Contract does not grant them any reciprocal rights to use trademarks, patents, images, trade names, or copyrights owned by each other. Therefore, they will not be responsible for any damages caused to third parties due to the violation of patents, trademarks, and copyrights or for the information or updating of the same.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
You agree that you have read the aforementioned terms and accept that we use your data for the purposes indicated in this document. If you do not agree with the aforementioned terms, you must refrain from providing us with your personal data.
